Today's nor'easter falls on the anniversary of the blizzard that slammed the East Coast from Jan. 22 to Jan. 24 in 2016. Forecasters expect the storm to bring damaging high winds, tidal flooding, and more than two inches of rain. Better to have lots of rain instead of all that snow?
