The state department of health today reported 98 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Monmouth County, with an additional 36 "probable" cases. Statewide, there were 1,419 new confirmed cases and 439 probable cases. Also, there were 2 confirmed deaths in Monmouth County and 28 confirmed deaths statewide.
