Remnants of Hurricane Harvey, now a tropical depression, could put a damper on the Labor Day weekend, if not wash it out completely. The National Weather Service (NWS) says rain is likely after 2 p.m. Saturday, with a chance of showers all day Sunday. Highs could reach 69 on Saturday and 77 on Sunday. The only good day of the holiday weekend should be Monday, Labor Day, which will be sunny, with a high around 79, according to current NWS forecasts.
