A wind chill advisory is in effect until 10 this morning. The National Weather Service (NWS) says wind chills will range from 0F to -10F. The temperature at 7:45 a.m. was 4F (-16C), with a wind chill of -10F.
Make sure you wear a hat and gloves when you go out. Low wind chills can cause frostbite and hypothermia, according to the NWS.
