Asbury Park's public works department will collect leaves from Oct. 15 to Dec, 31, the city said on its website, cityofasburyparkcom.
Leaves must be bagged or placed in loose piles at the curb. Piles and bags must be at least 10 feet away from a storm inlet.
Piles and bags must not contain branches, dirt, brush, or grass clippings. Leaves will not be collected if workers see branches dirt, brush, or grass clippings in the bags or piles.
