Asbury Park has a new way for you to get around the city: bike sharing. This stand happens to be at the James H. Howard Transportation Center at the train station on Main Street, next to the Asbury Park police headquarters. You can go for a spin or get from one place to another within the city by downloading the zagster app. Don't have a smartphone, or your smartphone won't accommodate zagster? According to instructions at the bike-share stand, you can text SMS to 202-999-3924 to learn how to ride by way of text message. Sorry, kids: the bike-share program is for people ages 18 and older only. |
