The weather for this year's Great Backyard Bird Count will be mostly sunny and carry temperatures more like April than February, according to predictions from the National Weather Service (NWS).
The Great Backyard Bird Count (GBBC) this year runs from Friday, Feb. 17, through President's Day, Monday, Feb. 20. Friday's forecast is for sun and a high of 43. Saturday and Sunday will be mostly sunny, with highs of 53 and 56, respectively. Monday will be sunny, with a high of 50.
