Ocean Grove's beaches don't open until noon on Sundays, but parking spaces along the boardwalk were already full at dawn on Sunday, July 2. With the Fourth of July falling on Tuesday this year, many people are turning the holiday into a four- or five-day weekend that allows for extra getaway time in Ocean Grove or other popular towns at the Jersey Shore.
