In Case You Missed It ...

Someone earlier this month made sure Ocean Grove's Ellwood Stokes statue was pandemic-appropriate and wore a face mask in public. No word on who scaled the larger-than-life-size sculpture - or how. The mask has been removed. Stokes, who died in 1897, was the first president of the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association. The statue faces east on Ocean Pathway, across the street from the historic district's Great Auditorium. Staff/The Gazette of Really Small News.
