The morning hours will put us into the thick of the winter storm, according to the National Weather Service forecast office in Cleveland. Most of the widespread snow will be over the next few hours, with temps dropping and roads quickly becoming icy and snow-covered. Don't be fooled if the snow tapers off or stops. NWS Cleveland says the strongest winds and coldest wind chills will come this afternoon and evening, bringing dangerous below-zero wind chills and blowing and drifting snow. Expect poor travel, scattered wind damage and power outages this afternoon and tonight.
