EMTA (Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority) reminds commuters to exercise extreme caution - and patience - as they wait for buses delayed by poor road conditions and visibility. EMTA also advises dressing in warm layers, using flashlights or reflective gear so drivers can see you, and minding your step as those plunging temps lead to ice.
