Wind Advisory in Effect

It's going to be a hang-on-to-the-umbrella sort of day. A wind advisory for Erie is in effect until 7 this evening as the front that wracked the north and central Plains and Upper Midwest moves east. The National Weather Service in Cleveland is calling for a 100-percent chance of showers and southerly winds of 29 to 32 mph, gusting up to 48. Expect a high of 40 and between a quarter- and half an inch of rain.
