Neptune public schools are on a two-hour delayed opening this morning, as the township deals with road conditions in the aftermath of yesterday's nor'easter, school officials tweeted.
Locally, the storm left up to an inch of slushy snow that turned to ice and brought down power lines in some sections. As of 6:30 this morning, six customers in the township were without power, according to the Jersey Central Power & Light's online outage map.
