Neptune Township public schools are on an abbreviated schedule, and all after-school activities are cancelled "due to anticipated weather conditions," according to a tweet from superintendent's office.
A nor'easter developing off the coast is expected to bring heavy rain and the potential to turn into snow later in the day.
