| If you went to the Asbury Park St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday, March 11, hoping for a generous serving of traditional Irish music screamed by bagpipes, you were in for a disappointment. Only two pipe and drum contingents, including the Monmouth County Police & Fire Pipes & Drums (pictured) put in an appearance. Most of the participants were city businesses, regional radio stations, not-for-profit organizations, and local high schools. |
