It's all about herbs and veggies Saturday, April 1, at Deep Cut Gardens Horticultural Center, Middletown. That's the day the Monmouth County Park System will teach gardeners how to grow gardens for herbs or vegetables.
Vegetable Gardening 101 - Spring will meet from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. In this class, new gardeners will learn how to select, plant, and maintain a vegetable garden.
Herbs and Their Uses will meet from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. This class will cover the selection, planting, growing, and harvesting of herbs.
