If you live in Neptune Township or its Ocean Grove historic district and your trash or recycling is usually collected on Tuesday, don't put your cans out tonight. There will be no trash or recycling pickups tomorrow in either location because of the impending winter storm, the township said.
Collections for both areas have been rescheduled.
In Neptune, Tuesday trash and recycling will be collected on Wednesday, March 15.
Ocean Grove's Tuesday trash pickup has been moved to Friday, March 17.
The affected areas in Neptune are Zone B and Zone B2, which are east of Route 18 and north of Route 33.
The Ocean Grove zone is north of Main Avenue.
The township asks residents not to place cans at the curb on Tuesday.
