A candlelight vigil at Neptune High School on Monday, April 3, will
unite students and the community in a protest against distracted and
drunk or drugged driving.
Speakers will include members of the Neptune Board of Education, the Neptune Township Police Department, and Jersey Shore University Medical Center Trauma Center.
The event sponsored by student leaders of Neptune High School and Poseidon Early College High School will start at 6 p.m. in front of the high school's Michael T. Lake Performing Arts Center, 55 Neptune Blvd
Refreshments will be provided by the Neptune Municipal Alliance and the student council.
