If you live in Spring Lake and need to dispose of some large yard waste, your chance is Wednesday, March 29. That's when the borough will pick up hedges, tree limbs and shrubbery.
The borough reminds residents that the items should be placed at the curb with butt ends facing in one direction.
Pieces should be longer than four feet long and two inches around.
Grass clippings will not be picked up. They should be composted or left on the lawn.
