This was the scene on the Ocean Grove beach Saturday afternoon. The number of beachgoers is expected to increase today as people flock to the Shore to escape inland temperatures predicted to hit 90 and above. The National Weather Service predicts a high of 79 in Ocean Grove.
UPDATE: The National Weather Service upped today's high in Ocean Grove to 88. The temperature on the NWS website says it is now 89 in town.
