The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) reported "lots of dolphins" in the waters off Monmouth County today. The sighting came during a daily surveillance flight of the coast between Raritan Bay south to Little Egg Inlet and was reported on the website for the department's Cooperative Coastal Monitoring Program.
According to the report, beach and water conditions were "good."
