All is quiet around Number 7 at dawn Monday, but predicted daytime highs in the 80s could bring it some human company. Most area beaches, like this one in Ocean Grove, won't be guarded daily until they open on Saturday, June 17. Signs posted at entrances to unguarded beaches warn visitors against swimming where there are no lifeguards.
