SEEN: A Yellow-Flag Day at the Beach


The surf is rough, and there's a high risk of rip currents, but the Ocean Grove beaches are open under a yellow flag, which signifies dangerous conditions and warns bathers to be extra-cautious when venturing into the water--if they dare.
